Registration & Fees

State Registrations

Seeded registration lists shall be submitted by the state association as per the update and registration form. This form will be provided by the organising committee in the next few days. Registrations need to be submitted by 24th February 2017.

Competition and seminar registrations need to be submitted by 24th February 2017, to akc2017entries@anukendo.org

Grading registrations should also be submitted in accordance with the AKR proceedure outlined here.


The ACTKR will confirm placements for events with state associations by 5th March 2017. An invoice for the appropriate amount shall be issued at that time. Final payments are required by 20th March 2017.

All registrations must be made through the state and by the nominated representative.

Fees

Competition and seminar fees shall be as follows – note these costs do not include grading fees:

Extra Dinner $40.00


An "Official” applies to those attending the competition in an official capacity including referee (shinpan) Kendo Board and AKR Executive, and invited VIP's.

Final payment for all fees needs to be paid through State Associations by 20th March 2017, to:

Note: Please place your state initials after 'AKC2017' on the description please, i.e. 'AKC2017 NSW'

Meals

Lunches for Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th are included in the competition fees. Lunches for Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th are included in the seminar fees. Shinpan will not be charged for lunches but must indicate their attendance on the registration form to ensure they are catered for.

Additional lunches for guests of competitors or shinpan can be arranged at an extra cost of $10.00 per meal where advised via the registration form. Extra lunches cannot be purchased on the day. Please indicate any special dietary requirements on the state registration form or contact the ACTKR.

Championship Welcome Dinner

The Championship Welcome Dinner will be held at the Pavilion Hotel – 242 Northbourne Avenue, Dickson.
