  • Please note that dinner will be an additional $40.00.
  • Please confirm your attendance at the dinner, together with any special dietary requirements and any extra places on the state registration spreadsheet or contact the ACTKR.
  • Alcohol is not included: there will be a bar from which a reasonable choice of beer, wine and spirits can be purchased.
  • The dinner will be at 7:00pm for 7:30 until 11:30pm (bar closing at 11pm).

The menu will be an alternate drop of:

Entrée:

  • Smoked salmon miniature crumpet roquette pesto champagne dressing
  • Sautéed duck breast beetroot risotto parmesan crisp snow pea cream
  • Vegetarian option (by pre-order only)

Main:

  • Scotch fillet w/ potato dauphinoise Yorkshire pudding and sauce Lyonnaise
  • Atlantic salmon supreme w/ Belgium Congo potato Persian feta and balsamic glaze
  • Vegetarian option (by pre-order only)

Dessert:

  • Lemon crème brulee w/ berry compote and biscotti
  • Tiramisu w/ pistachio ice cream and chocolate sauce.

    Registered dietary requirements have been forwarded to the caterers.
